The Customer declares to have completed the data collection form in a complete and truthful way and assumes all responsibility in case of any false declarations or incomplete or incorrect indication of the data.
The hotel owner is entirely responsible for the validity and constant updating of the data and information contained on this site, with particular reference to prices and services.
2. Accommodation contract
Following the booking, the accommodation contract is established immediately between the booking subject and the hotel. All rights and obligations deriving from the accommodation contract subsist directly and exclusively between the person who books and the hotel. The e-mail message received from the booking person will be valid to confirm the booking of the room and must be shown on arrival at the hotel as a voucher, valid for the recognition of his right.
Following confirmation of the booking, you will be asked depending on the rate applied or a deposit or the total balance:
30% deposit for stays up to 3 nights
50% deposit for stays over 3 nights
Balance upon arrival
Prepaid Offer Rate Not Refundable:
Payment of 100% of the amount of the stay at the reservation
The deposit for the Standard Rate or the payment of 100% of the amount of the stay for the Prepaid Prepaid Offer Rate can be paid by bank transfer using the following coordinates:

Indicating in the reason: the customer's surname and dates of stay.
Or by credit card that must be communicated at the time of confirmation.
The sum paid for the Non-Refundable Prepaid Offer Rate will not be refundable under any circumstances and the full amount can be charged at any time after booking.
The payment of the deposit or the balance can be paid by bank transfer only for bookings made up to 10 days before arrival.
Beyond this term, the payment method must be made only by credit card.
The balance of the reservation must be paid upon arrival at check-in in cash, credit / debit card or cashier's check made out to: Lamart SRLS
Current account checks will not be accepted in any way.
The deposit and / or the balance are paid after having read, acknowledged and accepted, the set of clauses of this contract, and above all of the cancellation conditions set out below.
3. Check in - Checkout
Unless otherwise agreed, the room will be available to the customer from 3 pm. In case of possibility and availability, the room can be delivered with great pleasure even before this time. The customer can still arrive at the hotel at the time that he prefers and, while waiting for the room to be delivered, he can immediately use all the Hotel services such as the parking, the TV room and the terrace / solarium on the third floor of the structure.
On the departure date the room must be vacated by 10 am. This time is also indicated in the hotel's rules.
Any extras must be paid before departure.
4. Restaurant and Half Board Services Conditions
Our half-board has an additional cost of € 27.00 per person and includes the menu of the day, with a choice between two first courses, two main courses with side dish, ¼ of wine ½ of water, according to the menu provided by the chef. The extras are excluded.
The restaurant service is available from 19.30 to 22.30.
Breakfast is buffet style from 07.30 to 10.00.
If the meals included in the half-board and full-board formula are not used, they will not be deductible or interchangeable with other services.
5. Penalty in case of cancellations or early departure
Any booking cancellation must be communicated in writing.
The hotel owner has the right to withhold from the client the sum paid as a deposit in the event of cancellation.
In the event that rates are applied where the payment of a deposit is not required but a credit card is requested to guarantee the reservation the following penalties will be applied:
- - cancellations made up to 10 days before date of arrival not no cost will be charged
- - for cancellations made from the 7th day until the day of arrival will be charged on the card communicated as guarantee:
- - for stays up to 3 nights the cost of the first night for each room booked
- - for stays longer than 3 nights, 50% of the total cost of the stay
- - In case of No Show the cost of the entire stay will be charged.
- - Standard Rate (Flexible 3 days)
- - the customer can cancel it free of charge up to 3 days before arrival.
- - for cancellations made 3 days before arrival, 50% will be charged Of the entire living room.
- - Prepaid Offer Not Refundable Rate
- - in case of cancellation, modification or non-presentation of the full amount charged will in no case be reimbursed.
The hotelier has the right to request, in case of early departure, the payment of the entire period booked with invoicing of the overnight stays until the end of the reservation.
6. Reservation modification
To change the dates or other details of the reservation, the Customer is obliged to promptly contact the hotelier so as not to incur the penalties indicated in article 4. To the Customer who has benefited from the discounts related to the "Special discount low season" promotion, valid from 01st/April to 30th/May and from 01st/October to 30th/October in case of modification of the reservation, taking into account the conditions and exclusions of the same:
- -in the terms of validity of the same, the same percentage will be maintained discount;
- -a promotion updated, the discounts for the new will be applied promotion;
- - after expired promotion the normal rate will be applied and will lose any advantage rate linked to the offer.
All this premised, will be evaluated case by case, directly with the customer and with maximum availability, a customized solution looking for an agreement that leads to mutual satisfaction.
7. Obligations of the hotelier
In the event that the room booked by the customer is no longer available due to an employee by the hotel owner, he will have to provide equivalent or higher accommodation.
8. Causes of majeure force
The management declines all responsibility for disruptions due to lack of supplies, fortuitous failures to the equipment or other causes of force majeure. We accept no responsibility for damage caused by other guests, atmospheric events, natural disasters, epidemics, diseases and thefts.
9. Competent court
For any controversy relating to this contract the Court of Cagliari will be competent
10. Privacy statement
Compulsory information according to Italian law 675/96, article 10, on privacy.
The customer explicitly consents to the processing, through electronic support, of the personal data provided, aimed solely at managing the contractual relationship between the parties. The customer is aware that consent to the acquisition of such data, albeit optional, is a necessary condition for the conclusion of the reservation, failing which it will not be possible to access the next phase of the booking process.
The customer may at any time have access to their personal data, modify them, making a request in writing to the hotel.
11. Acceptance of the general booking conditions
By completing the online booking, the customer approves and accepts the general contractual booking conditions set forth herein and regulated in particular Articles 1, 2, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9.
